We are committed to getting you your package as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Orders are filled on a first-come first-served basis. If one or more items in your order is backordered, we will contact you to determine how you would like your order shipped.
Orders placed within the continental U.S. will in most circumstances ship within 48 to 72 hours. Clothesline Organics ships all orders via UPS. Unless you choose otherwise, we ship using UPS Ground, which delivers within 1-5 business days depending on your distance from our Bethlehem, PA, shop.
We are unable at this point to ship to addresses outside the United States or to post office boxes.
Shipping & handling charges per address for UPS Ground shipments are as follows:

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Clothesline Organics, and we strive to handle all transactions in a way that is fair and respectful to all involved. Please note upon your order that we are a small boutique with a limited inventory that changes frequently.
If we have made a mistake in the shipment and the item is incorrect or damaged when you receive it, please let us know immediately. We will fix the mistake and pay all additional shipping costs.
All purchases are final on underwear, jewelry, customized items and sale items.
All other items bought online may be exchanged for store or online credit within 20 days from the date of delivery. If you have an item you need to exchange, please contact Clothesline Organics at clothesline@clotheslineorganics.com or at 610-691-0111 to let us know what item will be coming back and what you would like in exchange. The item must be returned to Clothesline Organics in unworn and perfect condition, including original packaging if applicable. The item(s) may not have been worn, altered or washed, and must have all the original tags attached.
When sending merchandise back, please insure your package and keep the tracking number. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
We will send to you either the new item or items of your choice, or a credit slip to use in a future purchase from Clothesline Organics.
Items that are returned to us after more than 20 days from the date of delivery or in less-than-perfect condition will be returned to sender. |
